Payment and Cancellation Policy:

*When booking an appointment, 50% of the treatment price is due.

The remaining amount is payable on the day after the treatment.

*Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment will be gladly rescheduled or refunded.

*Cancellations within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.

*For cancellations using a prepaid treatment card (Klippekort) within 24 hours, half a credit or equivalent amount will be deducted.
