Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• When booking an appointment, you pay 50% of the treatment price upfront. The remaining amount is due on the day after the treatment.
• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment can be rescheduled or fully refunded.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the upfront payment.
• For cancellations using a prepaid treatment card (Klippekort) within 24 hours, half a stamp or an equivalent amount will be deducted.
