Parking:
If you are arriving by car, you can request a discount code for the parking garage in the building. Please note that a parking space is not guaranteed. The price is approximately DKK 59 per hour, less 25%. Please only request a discount code if you know that you will need one. You can request it either in the “Note” field when you have booked your appointment or by text message. The code will be sent to you by text message.

• You must download the app “APCOA FLOW” from the App Store, where you can use the discount code provided.

Terms and Conditions

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

• When booking an appointment, you pay 30% of the treatment price upfront. The remaining amount is due on the day after the treatment.
• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment can be rescheduled or fully refunded.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will forfeit the upfront payment.
• For cancellations using a prepaid treatment card (Klippekort) within 24 hours, half a stamp or an equivalent amount will be deducted.
